What if my clothes are the wrong size?
As long as your product is returned complete, in it's natural condition and will show no marks of using or wearing, retruns or exchanges are no problem at all. A filled in exchange form must be sent as well. Please don't send the product by cash-on-delivery method, as it won't be accepted.
What if I don't like my product?
The purchasing party has a right to return their product within 14 days since delivery without any reason. In such case, please send the product undamaged and unused back to Returns, X-Trader.cz s.r.o., Na Nábřeží 1459/8A, 736 01 Havířov-Město, Czech Republic with a product return form attached.
When will my ordered products arrive?
Customers in the EU and EEC (excluding Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Germany and Poland) are kindly asked to allow 3-5 workdays for their order to arrive. We dispatch on the day the payment is successfully transferred to our bank account. Customers in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Germany and Poland can usually expect their goods to arrive within 24-48 hours. We are currently unable to ship anywhere else than the EU or the European Economic Community (EEC)
Where can I find my invoice?
An invoice will be sent electronically to your e-mail address on the day of delivery. Should that fail to happen or should you require a printed invoice, please don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you also sell other products or sunglasses than displayed?
No, all that we have in stock is displayed on our website.
What if my sunglasses are the wrong fit?
In case your sunglasses are the wrong fit for you, fill in the return form and send it back to our company address. Once the sunglasses are returned to us are not damaged anyhow, you will be refunded.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Should your product arrive damaged anyhow, send it back to us with a filled in return form immediately after receiving and we'll send you a new one straight away.
What countries do you ship into?
We currently ship in all countries in the EU or the European Economic Community (EEC). However, customers from Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia are advised to use our local domains at Wayfarer.cz, Wayfarer.sk and Wayfarer.si, respectively.
