My clothes are the wrong fit. What do I do?

That's perfectly normal and it happens, no need to start panicking. Goods can be exchanged within 14 days as long as they're not anyhow used or damaged. 

How does the exchange process go?

Should the goods you received be anyhow wrong, in size, colour or for any other other reason, you can apply for a free exchange within the first 14 days since delivery. Package the products into an envelope or a box and with a filled in exchange form and write "Exchange" on the package. Contact us at with an exchange request.

E-mail Template:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to request an exchange of my consignment No. 123456 (your order number). It's a blue sweatshirt Paco, size M. Due to a wrong size, I would like to have it exchanged for a blue sweatshirt Paco, size L.

Once we confirm a date of your new consignment dispatch, courier will arrive with a new package and you'll only exchange these parcels. Exchange is only available if the product is unused, unwashed or anyhow undamaged. Return package must include a filled in exchange form.

Exchange Conditions

Goods must be returned in their complete form, must not display any kind of it being worn, washed or anyhow used. This service is for customers, whose goods are the wrong size, colour or anyhow different from what has been ordered.

How to return:

  1. Contact us via GLS Courier Service or by email at The courier then will arrive at a desired address.
  2. Package the goods carefully and attach a filled in returns form.
  3. Once received by our Returns Dept., you will receive your money back to your account.

We promise to send the money back to your bank account as soon as possible and no later than 30 days since reception. Goods returned must not have been used.
